Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix

RECIPE ADJUSTMENT: If your Snickerdoodle Mix comes out extremely crumbly, please ensure that you have allowed your stand mixer or electric mixer to thoroughly incorporate all of the ingredients for 3 - 4 minutes.Your dough should be malleable to touch. If your dough is still crumbly after 3 - 4 minutes of mixing, please add another 1/2 stick of butter, 1 additional teaspoon of vanilla, and 1 additional egg. Totaling: 3 eggs, 3 teaspoons vanilla, 2 sticks of butter. 

CINNAMON SUGAR POUCH: After you've mixed your Cookie Dough, scoop your dough to the desired size (1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons, etc). Pour the contents of your cinnamon sugar pouch onto a plate or shallow dish and roll your dough in the cinnamon sugar until it's fully coated. Place 1 inches a part on your baking sheet and freeze for later use or bake. If freezing for later, allow cinnamon sugar coated cookie dough to set in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, then return to the resealable bag that the mix arrived in or a freezer bag/container of your choice.
