Due to Covid-19, we are taking every precaution to get our products to you with regards to your health and the health of our small team. Until further notice, we are now shipping Tuesday - Thursday and only delivering larger orders.
Available on orders of 3 dozen cookies or more. Please provide a 1 week notice on orders that require delivery. Due to the volume of shipping, we may not be able to accommodate same day or next day delivery. Please consider our gift cards if you need a cookie gift but are short on time.

Delivery Fee: $5+
Extended Delivery Areas: Arlington, Lakeland, Millington, Southaven
Delivery Fee: $10+
Shipping rates vary and products typically arrive the next day if you reside in Memphis, TN, Olive Branch, MS, or West Memphis, AR. Customers who reside beyond these locations should receive their products in 2 -3 business days.
Our products are made/prepared at the time of order and typically arrive in 2 - 5 days. It's our goal to provide fresh products made with the freshest ingredients so we thank you in advance for your patience.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. We are in a Pandemic and actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, and the efficiency of your local postal system. Goodness Gracious Cookies, Inc., has no control over the postal system and cannot alter or change handling times as it relates to Covid-19, holidays, etc.
We are not accepting returns at this time. Due the Pandemic, food items are not able to be returned. We cannot resell those items and wouldn't want to put anyone at risk by doing so. If you have an issue with your product. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Photos are required to back up any claims that your product was compromised in any way before leaving our facility.
We are happy to reship items to you, if after reviewing photos and determining that we are responsible for any issues caused. However, you will be required to pay for the item(s) to be reshipped. In some cases, we may send complimentary items, coupons for future purchases, etc., with your reship for your patience and understanding.
Dissatisfied With Product
If you receive our Gourmet Cookie Mixes and after reading the full instructions and reviewing our Baking Tips, you are not pleased with the outcome, we are happy to reship a new mix in the same flavor to you. Must be within 60 days of purchase. Switching to a new flavor is not allowed. You will be responsible for the cost to reship a new mix to you. Only one reship is permitted in a 3 month period. We test and retest our mixes to ensure an excellent outcome but we understand that things happen. Please note that we reserve the right to deny reships, regardless of willingness to pay for shipping, if we feel the customer is abusing this policy. Reships are handled once a week so we appreciate your patience in advance.
Issues Beyond Our Control
As a seller, we do our part to provide fresh products made with the freshest ingredients. We carefully package your items and ship in the fastest, most secure way possible. However, once the product leaves our facility and we've placed it in the hands of the mail carrier, we are not responsible for what occurs at that point. We are not responsible for boxes arriving damaged or mishandled by the mail carrier. We are not responsible for stolen packages. We are not responsible for items arriving later than anticipated.
If within 24 hours up to the time of processing your order, you would like to cancel, we are happy to offer a refund. You can expect a refund in 2 -3 business days after we process the cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation and details on what to do if any errors occur with the refund. Errors are rare, but we like to err on the side of good judgement when it comes to your hard earned money. You will be credited for the full price of the item, tax, and shipping costs. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for items that have been returned, because we do not accept returned food items. Please see the Return Section above. We also cannot provide refunds for items that have been processed and shipped. Once the item leaves our facility and is in the hands of the mail carrier, the product is no longer eligible for cancellation.
